la gemma is a lovely hotel run by a friendly family. the location is fantastic, just a short walk from great shopping and dining. our room was charming and clean, with nice views. the breakfast at luca's restaurant was delicious and made our mornings special. The room was cozy and I loved the comfy bed and nice shower. I really enjoyed the spa treatments, especially the full body massage and relaxing steam room. The only thing was that the lighting in the sitting area felt a bit harsh, but it didn’t ruin my stay. Definitely check out the spa! 😊

I left feeling pampered and satisfied but did experience a minor hiccup during check-in, which took a bit longer than expected. Still, this place radiates luxury and charm. I can't wait to return to this fabulous hotel in such a prime location.
